Service Standards

I am attending courses now. My 3rd mod was abt Coordinate Interaction With Customers. This trainer power man, whatever he talk abt the news have relate news. One is abt the rising of Dubai. Den few days later, the news came out regarding Robinson taking over by them. Omg, den We talk alot abt the customer service level too and just few days back, the news came out regarding Customer Service level in Singapore and the overall was 68.7% and rank more then 20 this year. What a shame! I think is time for ALL service staff to put in effort in creating a good servuce environment. Dun wait till a big event that comes and we start going for training. dun u think is too late. Hey, look at us, we are leaving in quite a good environment. My trainer say Singapore is a first class country but have 3rd world citizen.

Talking abt service, by how many good and bad shopping experience u have and u will know y Singapore has such a drop. Take Hong Kong for example, ever since Sars hit them, they 'wake up'and their service standards have a big jump. I hope we won't wait till something bad happen to us den we start to improve on our service. IT WILL BE TOO LATE! will come back again on this topic again.
