I have started a new course on june. Its been nearly 2 years tat i did not cont' my studies. hm now i'm taking up retail management cert course at SIRS. Now having my 3rd modules. Overall till now, i think its a very interesting course and it relates to my work too as i'm working in retail line. There is alot of principals tat we know but sometimes we will 4get when work or others. Their personnal experience tat's been shared is one tat is as importance as the lesson. It help us to gain better understanding too. My 'form teacher' is now teachin the 3rd modules now, we always have a good laugh durung the lesson. He has a super good memories and have an attentive ears, funny too. He turns the lesson into a funny cum interestin cum communicatin lesson as we will talk alot as he always ask alot too. Haha.
There's a few things i like to share on what he talk which are rather interestin and logically in which u might heard before too.
1) The 80, 20 rule http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/80_20_rule . which u can go to this link to have a better understanding. In conclude its saying 20% of something, will give u a 80% of another or vice versa. EG. we wear 20 % of our favourite clothings at 80% of our time. Isn't true. haha. In this case I agreed as I'm 1 of the person who did tat too.
2) The giver and the Taker
Let's answer this Qns Are we a giver or taker in most of the suitation/incident?
In a relation in what ever facor(work, friendship, bgr, families etc) it is in a 2 taker will spolit a relation as both are not willing to give.
1 giver one taker will be good(ps taker sometimes pls think abt the giver feelings too =). )
2 giver of cos it will be better as both party are willing to give.
2 taker, hmmmm u're having a prob in the relationship.
